Mr. Valania has more than 45 years of experience, including 17 years in quality systems. He is a Certified Quality Manager and Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality. At PharmaNet, Mr. Valania has been instrumental in identifying Key Performance Indicators and developing a system to track and report on them. Before joining PharmaNet, he was the director of quality systems at a major CRO and the associate director of manufacturing processes at DuPont.
